Sri Wibawani completed her education in the Field of Public Administration. She is also a lecturer in the State Administration study program which has now become the Public Administration study program. She also a lecturer in General Courses. At LP3M she has the position of Head of National Defense Character as well as the Coordinator of the National Defense Course and also as PIC MBKM Reserve Component.

Her responsibility are to Implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate state defense study activities at UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur and report it to the head of LP3M through the Secretary of LP3M.
