Rochmoeljati finished her degree both Bachelor in Chemical Engineering and Master in Industrial Engineering. She teaches in industrial Enginnering in UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. Her research interests manufacture optimization and industrial engineering. 

• Impelements, organises, evaluate internal quality assurance system in regards of Indonesian National Accreditation Board standards and Independent Accreditation Board (LAM-Teknik).
• Implements, organises, evaluate the ISO certification (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 2101:2018).
• Monitor and evaluate the academic-related asessment process.
